Jonathan Griffiths to speak at Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre series

Jonathan Griffiths will speak at the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre’s invited speaker series on the topic, ‘Plain packaging legislation and the Right to Property in Europe’ on 20 February 2014. He will argue that the tobacco manufacturers’ arguments based on fundamental rights are over-stated in the European context.
